The New Sports Facilities in Horsham

Residents of Horsham and beyond will be excited to know that there are not 1, but 2 new sports facilities open to the public. The new additions to the area are aimed at older children and teenagers, for information check below.

The Pump Track:
a pump track, is a unique kind of off-road track. It is built for a specific cycle sport consisting of pushing your pump (and your body) up and down to provide momentum. This track was opened as part of the Highwood Village development and was created by the builders of the London 2012 Olympics BMX Supercross track. Measuring 200m in length (and featuring hills as well as jumps) The Pump Track is perfect for beginners, learners and the experienced to show off their skills whilst having the right sized track to do it. The new facility opened just over a month ago, on the 10th of February, so why not give it a shot????

The Skate Park: even though there are a few skate parks around West Sussex, it doesn't make this new attraction any less interesting. Slightly South of the newly built Bridge leisure centre, the latest   addition to Horsham sport is set to be one of the best skate parks in the area, with a design coming from the top female skateboarder herself (Lucy Adams and her team) there's no Skateboarder that wants to miss out.
