The Barclays Burglar








On Thursday the 25th of April 2019 a terrible event took place at Barclays bank in Old Mill Square. The branch is closed while police continue to investigate the crime scene and question possible witnesses about the attempt to steal from the bank. The spokesman for the affected bank claimed:
'The Police are currently conducting enquiries.'
For the moment a notice has been put up to inform the villagers why the branch is closed 









The burglar entered the building at 11am, demanding money. A Policeman spoke up to say


'He told everyone he had a weapon, but none was seen.'


 According to descriptions, the man is black and in his 20s. He wore a dark parka jacket with a hat or hood, and was very quietly spoken. Anyone who witnessed the incident or saw the man who left the bank is to contact the Police IMMEDIATELY by reporting online or calling 101 quoting serial 25/04.
