This afternoon, the owner of our village designer jumble shop, Abigail Murray, has reported a theft from her shop on the village Facebook group. A mother and teenage daughter entered the shop and acted disarmingly friendly. Whilst Abigail was distracted with another customer, the pair stole a designer Louis Vuitton bag. The woman was wearing a long brown coat and had claimed it was her birthday, the owner tried to chase them but they vanished, perhaps into a waiting car. Please contact the police if you have any further information and please be on the look out for the bag in the picture below.
