62 New Houses Being Built Right Here In Storrington!

North of Downsview avenue, at least 60 new houses have been approved! Before the final stamp of appreciation, planning members where only asked to view, check and mark access to the sight, where a few opinions were put forward:

'I think in general the principal of the access is OK. So it's acceptable and it's not a particularly unusual arrangement.'

But not everyone agreed at first. Some members claimed the access design was 'dangerous' and needs to be redesigned with 'vulnerable and disabled users in mind'. West Sussex highways thought that the access was fine and acceptable but said that the issues raised would be brought to their attention. Though not all concerns were as easily solved, as many complained that the sewage would overload and the estate would increase the high amount of air pollution in Storrington.

But after adjustments, the houses have finally been developed fully and building is scheduled to start soon!
