Gruffalo Girl Graces Storrington Duck Race!

An interview with Julia Donaldson, the author of the best-selling book 'The Gruffalo' Today was the annual Storrington Duck Race - a fund-raising event organised by the Friends of Storrington Primary School that draws people from far and wide. Today we were lucky enough to have Julia Donaldson open our event by counting down the first race. She very kindly agreed to be interviewed by me, as she knows I would love to be a journalist one day. Abigail is the name of a recently opened shop in Storrington, that sells something known as designer jumble. Second hand dresses, shoes, even bags! Abigail has it all. The owner of this designer shop (Abigail) also owns another shop with Depop but has decided to open a physical shop right here in Storrington... So Long Lloyds

On Friday 24th of May, a letter was sent out to all of the Storrington Lloyds bank customers to inform them that the bank will be closing on the 9th of October 2019. The bank officials claim: 'After a review of how our customers use our branches in the South Downs area, we have made the decision to close our Storrington branch.' Lloyds have decided that their customers needs have began to change, as over 14 million people now use internet banking to access their Lloyds bank account. The company believes that their customers do not use the branch nearly as much as they used to and the accessibility for people has also decreased. People all over Social Media are horrified by the choice the officials have made and now state the event as: 'This is awful' 'Tragic' Though not all is as bad as it seems.
