Bakers will be delighted to hear of the apple cake competition with no entry fee but permission to sell the cake is requested. If you would not like your cake to be sold, no fear, you don't have to but please inform the judges if you'd rather take it home. Another 1st place is up for grabs with the apple drawing competition for children and apple crafts for the young at heart. There will also be a range of chutneys, chillis and jams for sale and of course, refreshments and apple juice freshly made.
